InPasta is a pasta lab and gastronomia based in Castelvetro di Modena, right in the heart of Emilia. We create artisan fresh pasta, handmade daily with passion, precision, and respect for the tradition we grew up with.

Founded by Carlo Alberto Romagnoli — a chef with over 15 years of international kitchen experience — InPasta blends nonna’s legacy with the discipline and rigor of modern gastronomy.

Every tortellino, every sfoglia is crafted with purpose. No shortcuts. No compromises.

How long are the classes?
